ArrudaWakenings.LLC will act as the holding company and the base of an umbrella structured LLC and eventually as C corporation. It will be held as an asset by the trust and be the owner of all the junior LLC‘s.  The goal is to create perpetual wealth through a revocable trust and an indexed life insurance policy and to fund the trust for all beneficiaries.  

The LLC’s will be:
Altek computers.   An internet service and support company
Sundance boating adventures.  Water adventures
Certification Vacations.  Remote location training services
Marine salvage company
